In the high performance field, in particular double strand extrusion lines for the production of PVC profiles have established their place over the last few years. Their main advantage resides in the profitability of the machine. The integrated caterpillar haul-off units and saws can be controlled independent of each other. Today, line speeds of 2 times 5 m/min. in double strand extrusion are the rule. Due to continually further developed die and calibration techniques, line speeds of 6 m/min. and more can be expected in the next few years.

BEX 2-135 V plus twin screw extruders reach output capacities of up to 1000 kg/h PVC. The available downstream equipment includes a calibration table flexible in length, a belt or caterpillar haul-off system as well as a saw or cutting device. As optional equipment, we offer further extensive accessories, such as, for example, deposit devices, marking and air blast equipment, film application and roll-up units.
